Trail report
Top of the World Provincial Park is exactly what its name promises. The access road climbs steadily onto a rolling alpine plateau where meadows of wildflowers spread out between granite peaks.
It's an easy, scenic drive suitable for any capable rig — a rare high-alpine destination that doesn't demand expert driving. Camp at the backcountry sites or just do it as a long day loop from Kimberley.
The plateau sits near 7,000 feet and the weather turns fast, so carry layers. Check wildfire closures in summer; this is one of BC's most popular high-country destinations for a reason.
