Yukon Overland Rendezvous

The Yukon Overland Rendezvous is where the northern community gathers each August, camped on Crown land along the Tagish Lake road with the mountains of the Southern Lakes on every horizon.

There's no stage and no vendor gauntlet — just group runs on the region's historic gravel highways, communal campfire dinners, and a skill-swap circle where everyone trades northern knowledge.

Bring a self-sufficient rig, layers for any weather, and an appetite for stories. In late August you'll still get a proper sunset, and a decent chance of northern lights after dark.
