Nahatlatch Lakes Recreation Site encompasses a series of pristine lakes (Frances, Hannah, and Nahatlatch Lakes) strung along the Nahatlatch River valley west of Boston Bar in the Fraser Canyon.
The recreation site offers 28 rustic campsites tucked beneath massive ancient western red cedars and Douglas firs. It serves as a major hub for world-class whitewater rafting on the Nahatlatch River and calm water canoeing or stand-up paddleboarding across the lake chain.
Accessed via 27 km of active logging FSR from Highway 1, the site is cash-only self-registration. Campers should exercise caution around heavy logging truck traffic on weekdays and bring bear-proof food storage containers.

Incredible mountain valley! Paddling across Frances Lake at dawn surrounded by ancient cedar trees was unforgettable. The FSR is in decent shape.
