Liard River Hot Springs is one of the most famous stops along the entire Alaska Highway, located at Mile 496 (Km 765).

The campground features 53 unserviced sites set in a boreal forest enclosed by an electric bear fence for wildlife safety.

A scenic 300-meter wooden boardwalk leads campers through a warm thermal swamp to Alpha Pool, where natural waters range from 42°C to 52°C year-round.
